Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Household Tasks: Support with cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
- Community Access: Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and activities.
- Health Support: Help with medication management under supervision.
- Mobility Assistance: Provide aid for physical mobility using safe techniques and equipment.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualification: Certificate III in Individual Support or similar.
- Experience: Previous experience in disability support or aged care is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and empathy.
- Compliance: Must have a current First Aid certificate, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
